Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Experience with POS Systems
- Some knowledge of and passion for craft beer
- Strong communication skills
- Certified beer server/Cicerone preferred
- Lead beer server certification required
- Flexible schedule requirements, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, sit, bend or lift for extended periods of time
- Must have a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift 55 lbs and to move 165lb kegs with assistance
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive
- Provide an overview of our beers and answer any questions that guests might have
- Anticipate guests needs
- Pour and serve beer
- Complete sales transactions through POS system successfully
- Be responsible for cash handling and reporting
- Sell and stock merchandise and to-go beer
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the service of alcohol
- Maintain an exceptional clean environment
- Follow direction as given by the tasting room manager
